Athletic physicals announcement

Athletic physicals for the 2008-09 school year will be given on May 7, 2008 at the McLouth High School.by the Jefferson County Health Department. Athletic physicals forms may be picked up outside the high school office. The fee for the physical is $25.00, please make checks payable to USD #342 and return the physical form and money to the high school office by Thursday, May 1st.
