STANDARD OF
EXCELLENCE
For the first time, we have achieved Standard of Excellence at the Building-Wide level in every school. According to the report card published by the Kansas State Department of Education, the following Standard of Excellence awards are noted:
Elementary - Building-Wide Math, 5th Grade Math; 5th Grade Reading
Middle School - Building-Wide Reading; 6th Grade Reading
High School - Building-Wide Reading
This is a great accomplishment. It reflects the hard work and focused efforts by students and staff. Even in grade levels where Standard of Excellence was not reached, we have shown improvement or maintained a consistently high percentage of students meeting or exceeding the standards.
