Attention: If you provided an email address and have not received a lunch statement through the email address you provided please contact Amanda Warden or Phillip Thomas through email or by phone (Amanda @ 913.796.6152, Phillip @ 913.796.2201).
Starting February 1, 2010 in an effort to reduce cost related to the food service program, we will change to email lunch notifications.
The email address you provided at enrollment will be used, if you did not provide an email address at registration and would like to please submit it to lunch@mclouth.org.
We hope that this will make managing the lunch accounts easier for everyone, in addition to saving money on paper, postage, and man hours. If you need to respond to the lunch notification email please respond to lunch@mclouth.org.
If you don’t have access for email notification we can continue to mail your statements.

| 01/23/2010 | I think it's about time!!! I still wonder why we can't link this to powerschool, I am in that program daily checking grades. _______________________________________________ The district could use the lunch account option in Powerschool, but we currently don't use it because it requires every student to have their own account. We can not setup "family" accounts in Powerschool. This would require parents with more than one child in school to send separate checks for each student’s lunch account. We are using the current account system as a service to families, to assist staff with their workload and to ensure that the money parents provide for school lunches is audited appropriately. As we move to more electronic communications, it is important for parents to provide the school with the most up-to-date contact information which includes telephone numbers, address, and email information. |
