Hello all,
Here is a list of what we have going on in the near future. Please look through the list and let me know what you are available to help with. Thank you kindly!
August 24- Tuesday from 4:30 to 7:30 (includes clean up) Welcome Back picnic
Friday Sept 10- Grandparent's Day. K-2 10:30 to 11:30 (done by noon), grades 3-5 social hour from 2-3. We need to have cookies donated for the social hour. If you can make a dozen or more cookies for this, let me know ASAP.
Saturday Sept 18- concessions &:30 am until ?
Thursday October 21st= Parent Teacher Conferences Dinner (soups and chilies) 4-6ish
Saturday November 13- BINGO!! need to start setting up around 4. Will probably have a taco dinner from 5-6 and bingo to begin about 6:30. This is an approximate. We need workers and prize donations!
Tuesday December 14th- Concession stand from 4:30 to ?
Saturday January 22-Concession stand. 3-?
Thursday Feb. 17th- Parent Teacher Conferences Dinner (TBD) 4-6ish
Saturday May 21- CARNIVAL!! Set up begins at 9am. Carnival runs from 12-4. Clean up after.
We need all the volunteers we can get to make all these events a success! Please email me here with the events that you are sure you will be available for and if you can't make it, what you can do (food donations, bingo prize donations, monetary donations.) We need this bingo to be successful so we may help fund the Christmas Bulldog Reading store a little more this year. Thank you for your continued support!
