FFA Week!

McLouth FFA Chapter celebrated National FFA Week last week. The officer team planned out the week with various activities.

Tuesday was dress like a farmer day. Students were required to bring in a canned good item that was donated to a food bank for their participation.

Wednesday was Pancake Day! FFA members arrived at school early to make breakfast for the staff.

The rest of the day community members were served and of course it was all you could eat pancakes for students in an Ag class!

Thursday we had two brave students drive their tractors to school despite the single digit wind chill.

On Friday all FFA students had the opportunity to attend the Western Farm Show in Kansas City.

FFA offers many opportunities to students- the goal of FFA week is to increase awareness of the organization as well as give back to the community.
