Celebrating Kansas Day!

On Monday January 30th Ms. Rathbun’s class celebrated Kansas Day. We made delicious homemade bread. As a class we worked together and read a recipe following each step carefully. Our favorite thing about making the bread was kneading the dough! A lot of us thought the dough felt fluffy and soft. When the dough was finally finished rising the kitchen staff was kind enough to bake our bread for us. We were able to put local honey on our bread and it was delightful! Happy Kansas Day!
