Bulldog Summer Strength & Conditioning
The Bulldog Summer Strength & Conditioning program will begin Monday, June 1st for all In-district student-athletes. (ATHLETES MUST BE IN-DISTRICT, OUT OF DISTRICT ATHLETES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE).
Schedule will be as follows:
HS Football Monday, Wednesday, Friday
All other HS Athletes Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Middle School Athletes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
All athletes will be screened before participation is allowed each day. A check for things such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, contact with or cared for someone with COVID-19, and a temperature greater than 100.3 degrees will result in an immediate removal from any and all summer strength & conditioning activities for 14 days. All athletes must provide their OWN WATER BOTTLE for hydration purposes. All athletes must provide their OWN TOWEL should they need one.
