Coach Bishop was born & raised in Holyrood, KS graduating from Quivira Heights HS. After high school he played collegiate basketball & graduated from Central Methodist University in 1995. Bishop earned his Master's of Science degree in teaching from Northwest Missouri State University in 1998 while coaching on the men's basketball staff where he also met his wife Jennifer. In 2001, they got married and now have 2 daughters; Caitlin & Macy, as well as a dog named Buster. An avid sports fan, Bishop's favorite teams to root for are the Dallas Cowboys & the Kansas Jayhawks!!! Entering his 5th year teaching Physical Education & At-Risk at McLouth, he is currently an assistant coach for Cross Country, as well as, the Track & Field teams.
