McLouth USD 342 is committed to providing a safe, civil, and respectful environment for all students, staff, volunteers, and guests, free from all forms of discrimination and harassment, including but not limited to bullying, sexual harassment, hazing, and cyber bullying. The anti-bullying policy applies at all times on school grounds and on buses. Discrimination or harassment includes but is not limited to any intentional physical, verbal, non-verbal, or written act that is motivated by age, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, parental status, mental and physical disability, or other distinguishing characteristics, such as physical appearance, clothing or socioeconomic status.
